WarrantyDecoded is published by CLEARDEAL LLC. The site provides general information and worksheets about home warranty (service) contracts. We do not sell, broker, underwrite, or administer home warranties or service contracts, and buying the kit does not create any coverage or any relationship with any warranty company.
The kit is sold for a one-time payment of $39 through Stripe. Access is for the buyer. Company data on this site comes from published sample agreements and public sources, is dated where it appears, and may differ from your issued agreement, which controls in all cases.
